Sign Up and Log In

Grix uses email registration and supports password login, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and QR code login.

Service Region Selection

When using Grix for the first time, select your service region:

After switching regions, you’ll need to obtain a new verification code.

Sign Up for a Grix Account

Grix uses email registration. The process is:

1. Click “Sign Up” on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Complete the CAPTCHA verification
4. Click “Send Code” — Grix will send a 6-digit verification code to your email
5. Enter the email verification code
6. Set a password
7. Read and agree to the App Agreement and User Agreement
8. Click “Sign Up” to complete

Log In to Grix

Password Login

1. Enter your username or email
2. Enter your password
3. Click “Log In”

Convenience feature: Remember your username and password for auto-fill next time.

Google Sign-In

Click the “Google Sign-In” button and authorize through your Google account. Supported on iOS, Android, and Web.

Apple Sign-In

Click the “Sign in with Apple” button and authorize using your Apple ID. Supported on iOS and macOS.

QR Code Login (Desktop / Web)

1. Click “Show QR Login” on the desktop or web client
2. Scan the QR code with a logged-in Grix mobile client
3. Confirm the login request on your mobile device
4. The desktop client automatically completes login

Status flow: Waiting for scan → Scanned, waiting for confirmation → Confirmed, logging in

QR codes have an expiration time. If expired, click “Refresh QR Code” to generate a new one.

Forgot Password / Reset Password

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the Grix login page
2. Enter your registered email
3. Complete the CAPTCHA verification
4. Get the email verification code
5. Set a new password and confirm
6. Click “Reset Password”

After resetting, you’ll need to log in again with the new password.

App Agreement and User Agreement

Grix requires users to read and agree to the following before signing up or first login:

• App Agreement — Product positioning, communication risk notices, and usage boundaries
• User Agreement — Service rules, rights and obligations, and liability boundaries

The Grix login page supports real-time language switching for multilingual users.
